You know, Martha is encouraging this glitter madness. Every month in her magazine she’s rolling something around in her special Martha Stewart™ glitter. So disappointing.

Yes, yes – we have an UO now. We got a fancy new mall about 5 minutes from where I work – dangerous! But still no Ikea. Or Trader Joes. Or Macys. We can’t get too fancy, it’s still Jacksonville!

The sixties are back (in the form of glittery christmas decorations)? Why can’t the young’uns learn from their elders?

Also: UO in Jax? Excitement (because I have to go into one for 20 minutes a year – it’s the minimum FDA requirement). But I feel the same way about Anthropologie – don’t know why it rubs me the wrong way, but egh-gh-gh.
